Top: 9/13/10 starting weight: 406 lbs. Bottom: 5/13/11 current weight: 245 lbs.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet. Start date 9/13/10.

Wow! You look amazing. Be proud! And you lost it in such a short period of time. Like the shaved head too. You look healthier (dah) but so much younger. Your friends and family must be crazy about you.
