And no carbs...Shirataki noodles, a bit fishy smell before you rince them! But after the rinse and sauced they are just like a regular noodle!

Shirataki! The ones with Tofu in them are good, too! More protein in them.

Yes they are wet, in a watery bag. They are really good after rinsed.
