B: Turkey sausage patty, 1/4c egg whites
S: Protein Shake
L: 1/4c grilled chicken w/romaine lettuce, rasp vinag dressing
D: Same as lunch
S: String Cheese

Water: 48 oz so far
Exercise: Hour in the gym after work
Vitamins: Done
Attitude: Excited

LND - leftover salmon and shrimp
LNS - jello SF pudding

B - premier protein shake
L - chicken salad and tomato
S - tall nonfat latte
D - probably shrimp

water - on track
vitamins - on track
exercise - yup, finally hooked up the Wii and Wii Fit is kicking my butt.  Plus I get to hear from it that I'm obese, unbalanced, and have a wacky center of gravity. 
attitude - gonna get my gun and shoot a Mii.

B: Myoplex EAS protein shake
S: none
L: 1/4 cup of ground taco meat 1/2 cup queso, mixed together.
S: finished off the above.
D: Cheezy mashed potatoes (probably 1/2 cup) hard boiiled egg.
S; Sugar free popsicles

Water: not good today, so far 20oz of water and 20oz of the protien dring are my liquids.  I need to pump it up.
Steps: Not much here either, busy work day.
Vitamins: done.. b12 is now at %3000 percent of RDA (for 2000cal)
Attitude:Went from *****y diva this morning to depressed this afternoon, to now being just even keeled.  So I'm on a bit of a roller coaster, I just want to go home and get in bed.
