As do I, I've just heard good things about them.. and turkey is not my fav meatball meat.. I like pork & beef mixed. But, I'll try anything once!

I LOVED the TJ turkey before surgery...find them dry now.  Let me know what you think.

Gave in last night and had a very small piece of yellow cake with two big strawberries on top, and some raspberry sherbet.  I justified it with the fact that it was an occasion and that I'd put in 3 1/2 hours of strenuous exercise earlier in the day!

3 c. coffee

B:  1/2 c. last night's shredded steak slow-cooked with onions and mushrooms
L:  more like 3/4 cup of same, mozzarella stick
S:  will be a myoplex rtd chocolate protein drink, possibly a carbmaster yogurt later (I work 'til 7:30)
D:  Um, at this point I have no idea.  Plan to try and stay out of what's left of that raspberry sherbet, 'cause dayum that stuff was good!!
