it is ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and sauce...its like lasagna without noodles. go to theworldaccordingtoeggface.com it is there lots of recipes there....but here is the recipe:
8oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese
mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place ina oven proof dish. pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @450 degrees for about 20-25 mins(best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I eat off it for like 4 days! It is sooooooo good!!! Hope you enjoy it!

Dinner: quiche lorraine (1/4 -1/2 cup)
S: fudgesicle (s/f)
Today:
B: Myoplex EAS shake (42g)
L: 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Chicken Salad
S: Yoplait chocolate mousse yogurt. (4oz)
D: 1 Hard boiled egg and packet of instant potatoes made with beef broth.
S: either a sugar free popsicle or a sugar free fudgesicle.
Water: I'll finish 40oz by the time I leave work today and I include the protein drink in my fluids. I will hit 64oz of water before bed.
Steps: I went mall walking last night for about an hour.

B - smoothie with 1 c. almond milk, scoop of chocolate Isoflex, and ide
L - 1/2 c. chicken salad, 1 oz. cheese
S - same minus cheese
D - will be beef slow-cooked with onions, green pepper and mushrooms, maybe with some shredded cheese. Everyone else will be putting it on gigantic sub buns but not me! I am FIRMLY back on the wagon now, woooo!!
S - may have some no-sugar-added frozen thing my son picked up for me, or a SF popsicle.
Liquids: 70 oz. so far
Exercise: 60 minutes of Zumba, 30 minutes of run/walk intervals, and 2 hours of push-mowing the lawn. I'm beat and STANKY.

L: Parmesan cheese crisp and a mini "crustless quiche"
S: 1/4 c. Pepitas
D: Turkey bratwurst
S: probably a protein bar or shake

Exercise: climbed stairs at courthouse three times... But need more!
