It's tiring being BACK on track...whatever you do STAY focused even if you are goal it's often a never ending battle for truth justice and the american way, lol.  Seriously it's a struggle, but I swore I'd never give up and I won't

B: 1/2 banana blended in choc protein shake, skim milk
L: pureed black beans, cheese, guac, greek yogurt.  Total: 1/2 c
S: Isopure/water
D: cottage cheese, 1/2 c., greek yogurt with 1 tbs apple butter

Water: aiming for over 64 oz. (30 so far)
Exercise: going to attempt a video after 2 weeks of only walking....
vitamins: yup
attitude: tired

attitude: very excited to head home and meet my new niece! (and see my fam and show them my amazing progress. They haven't seen me since Xmas...and I'm down ~50lbs since then...)

16 oz tea
D: Pizza chicken
16 oz water
S: 1/2 cup sprouted almonds (not my trigger nuts so OK)
16oz tea

Exercise: 2 miles in 33 mins
Attitude: Neutral

Start weight: 388, Current Weight: 185, Goal Weight: 180, Weight Lost: 203 lbs
