At a loss & Losing to much!!
I use myfitnesspal.com to monitor my food intake and exercise. It's a pain doing the food journal but has helped me out a lot.
I haven't lost a pound in two months, i'm floating between 215 and 220. Lifting weights and increasing protein intake has helped me build some more solid mass and I've still lost another pants size in the process.
