Greek yogurt & Sugar free pudding...Suggestions needed!!
Take the 500 ml Greek yogurt and add a large dash of sugar free syrup and a package of sweet n low or whatever sweetener you use. Stir it all up and enjoy either by itself or with fresh fruit. Much better than plain sour yogurt. You can add different flavours of syrup according to you personal taste.
Plain Chobani was my fav until I tried Fage. I buy only plain and add my own flavoring to them. I use about 1/4 pkt crystal light, 1/2 scoop of any flavored protein powder, or a teaspoon of SF jelly.
Use plain yogart alone as you would on anything you'd use sour cream on...baked potatos, chili, soups.
I had problems with the vanilla pudding, too. I just didn't like it. I did make some chocolate fudge (not regular chocolate, the fudge is better) with skim milk so it's sugar free and fat free, and it was AMAZING. It ends up tasting like a mix between chocolate mousse and chocolate cake batter. I wish I could have some now!
