protein shakes

Any suggestions on protein shakes what kind are tasty.. I tried the whey protein powder can't get it down.  I have atkins, special k and glucose control boost.. are they any I am missing?  Thanks.

I like the EAS ready to drink shakes. 11 oz, 17g protein, 3net carbs. I like the rich dark chocolate. You can get them in the health area of walmart.

UM....I'm not sure. Maybe it takes a while for it to update. Give it some time, maybe later tonight it will show up.

There are many, many pre made shakes on the market. A popular one is Premiere from Costco. But if I were you, I would go to a Vitamin Shoppe or GNC (if you have these in the area) and try to get single servings. I'm not sure if they sell them that way or not. That way you could try a variety of brands.
If not, do you attend a support group? Get everyone to bring in some samples and trade them out so that you all can try different ones.

Tasty is very subjective and you might find one that you like pre op and hate it post op.
Don't drop too many $$$ pre op. Just get what you need and then try them after surgery.

 I second the EAS form Walmart. I like the French Vanilla, Strawberry and chocolate fudge.  Since I found those I don't use powder anymore at all. But if I had to choose a powder I like Gold Standard Whey Rocky Road flavor.

I also drink the EAS from walmart,dark chocalate is great...I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and it tastes like a shake.
