LND: 2/3 of an Organic Spicy Andouille Chicken Sausage and about 5 edamame
Pre-B: Premier Protein Shake on the way to work
B: Carbmaster Blackberry Yogurt
L: Leftover Sausage
S: I brought some watermelon, but I am still fruit-phobic... so it will probably go to my boss. LOL
D: I think the boy is making a beef roast of some sort :-)
Water: about 16 oz so far.... goal is 68 oz (my water bottle filled 3X)
Exercise: Walking the dogs (usually 2 miles)
Vitamins: CHECK!
Attitude: Kinda lazy at work today.

I'm on my pre-surgery 2 protein shakes/1 food meal diet, so mine isn't very exciting.

I love reading these to give me some ideas. I'm amazed at how folks that were sleeved after me are eating crackers, beef, pork, etc. I'm not allowed these things for another month! I would love to have them as I'm really having trouble thinking of new ideas for chicken and fish!
