He has been at the Forum EVERY Thursday, Friday and Saturday since April 14th...he'll be there for a total of 21 days...only $25!!

Girl, April 14th was my surgery date. No lie I thought of delaying it to go !! I heard it was only $25 that's awesome !!! Maybe I'll talk my hubby into taking me !!!

DO IT...I know you just had surgery so don't be jumping up and down...BUT...you can't miss him.  Seriously I believe each week the tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster on Tuesday's at Noon.  No extra charges (parking is $25) but you MUST see him...

B: 16 oz protein shake with 48 grams of protein.
S: cheese slice and piece of salami
L: some sauteed mushrooms with cheese and a little soft steak.
S: probably not
D: Pot roast maybe not sure yet.

Water: none yet (goal 60 oz)
Vitamins: yep, I take them at night
Attitude: Lazy with a ton to do today !!

L - 6 oz. Greek Yogurt with 2 spoons for sugar free strawberry jelly
S - 2 oz. Mohogany Meats Beef Jerky
D - 4 oz. Sardines
S - 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella

Vitamins - 2 Gummy Vites, 2 Fiber Gummy, 2 Vitamin C Gummy, 1 B-12 Sublingual
Water - 32 oz. so far, daily goal of 64 oz. minimum

Horrible day yesterday.  Studying for a very important final.  Man putting in tile.  Going crazy.  And then did poorly on my final.  Ate very little yesterday and capped it off with a drink.  Needed it.  Now back to the books.

B:  about 1/2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit minus top biscuit part

L:  ?  Feeling lazy right now.  Kind of hungry but laziness is winning.  I have some grilled teriyaki chicken so thinking I'll go that route.

D:  To cook or not to cook.  It's $2 taco night and that's good for me for just eating the filling!  Otherwise I'll have to get creative.  Maybe meatloaf.  Yeah, I'm thinking it's tacos for me.

Others:  cottage cheese likely, maybe some grapes.  I'll get better once the stress of finals is outta the way.

LND: slice and a half of medium pepperoni pizza, no crust

B: 2 oz strawberry greek yogurt
S: gouda babybel cheese wheel
S: 100 calorie pack of beef jerky
L: 2 oz tuna with half of a hardboiled egg mixed in, one cracker
D: turkey and cheese roll up, I think...

Water: about 30 oz
Exercise: one hour of personal training this morning. ass = kicked
Vitamins: done
Attitude: losing steam after only 5 hours of sleep last night.
