Thank you for this post and congrats for you first successful year! Your doing fabulous!! I am preop and having my surgery this coming Monday and your post really helped me with my decision! I'm doing well on the liquid preop diet (lost 15.2 lbs so far) and its tempting to not have surgery and try yet again to lose weight.

You just helped confirm to me why I should have the surgery!
