A HUGE thank you JenChap and Sublimate
Just want to express a gigantic super sized thank you to JenChap and Sublimate and Elina and SuperRN and everyone for all their great work in organizing the Los Gatos wls picnic and even. I won't make a detailed report here right now as I had a 6 hour drive home and such but it was a wonderful event and I am so grateful I could attend. Met wonderful people, learned so much, had loads of fun. learned some good barriatric eats, and most important had some wonderful conversations with some very fine and interesting people. The greatest thing was this ovewhelming sense of joy and freedom from everyone who has lost their weight or made a good start on the journey. It was so heartwarming to talk with people who understand the pain of a life of obesity and the almost resurrection quality of regaining life after losing a major amount of weight.
I hope every one of you get the change to go to a support group or gathering or event like this at some point. Its priceless.
Thanks all. Diane
