Jeans Question

I need help!! Since I have finally started a regular exercise program (yeah it's been more than a yr since surgery and just realized I LIKE exercise) I am starting to lose inches in my belly, hips & legs. I've been comfortably wearing size 6 jeans and they are now super baggy. I've tried on numerous size 4's and they all fit in the waist but are baggy in the legs & behind. Does anyone have any recommendation for good fitting jeans? I've been to Old Navy, Walmart & Target and have walked out dissappointed each time. I dont want to spend a fortune on a pair of jeans so I'm looking for something reasonably prices. I know this is a "good" problem but I'm finding it kinda frustrating/depressing!
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
Thanks
Debby

Lucky Brand Jeans! They are pricey, but they fit in the butt really well. And they look great on. Buy them a little snug because they stretch.

It is a chain store in the malls here in Northern California. Costco also sometimes sells them. Maybe you can buy them on line. They are the only ones that I can wear and my husband doesn't laugh at my baggy ass :-)

Hi Debby,

That is a problem common to losing and gaining weight.  While I don't have any brand suggestion, I do suggest you try and find a reasonably priced tailor.  I have had to fit my hips and tailor down the waist to fit.

Hope this helps,

Liz

Hi Debby!
I had a similar experience the other night. I am in size 14's now and desperately needed new jeans. I tried Walmart...Fashion Bug and many other places and no luck. I finally dragged my Husband into JC Penney's. I tried what seemed like 20 pairs of jeans and had no luck. My Husband finally convinced me to try on Levi's. I like boot cut styles and they had 2 different kinds.
One of them worked! I adore the way they fit!! They don't gap in the back...they are snug on my legs but not in the knee area...
Just great!! JC Penney's had many different brands...you may have luck there.

Sounds like you need "skinny" jeans. Lots of brands make them. Surely you could find some on sale at Kohl's, Penney's, Sears, or somesuch... Hope to have your problem soon!!

GAP jeans are a great fit too...if you have a GAP Outlet, you can score some great prices. Good luck to you!
