I was told to avoid strawbwerries because of the staple line getting a seed in it, I did have them after 6 weeks outs tho. :)  Just try to get you fluids in and stay hydratd then work on protein after a few days at home.

Keep in mind the first few days to focus on clear liquids. Dont worry so much about the protein intake. 1 ounce every 15 minutes. You must sip sip sip. And you most likely wont get near the 64 ounces. Like someone said try for 48, dont get depressed if you dont hit the 64..

Its alot of info to take in but quickly

Clears- jello, crystal light, broth (it make make you too dry due to low fluid intake though),sugar free ice pops always feel nice, clear apple or cranberry ****tail cut 50/50 with water

Full liqs- soups, creamed soups, sugar free pudding, milk
