Last night was a munchy eating night.  I had sunflower seeds, my chicken cauliflower casserole, then some peanuts mixed with craisins.  I TRIED to keep it proteiny but the fact that I was mindlessly eating again.  Focus grasshopper!!

LND/LNS:  See above lol

B:  Nothing but 64oz of water and 1/2 cup of coffee
S:  Carb Master Yogurt - Tropical Fruit
L:  Trader Joes - Chicken Skewer; 1/2 cup cole slaw
S:  ??
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 4 Liters =135 oz (70 so far MUST flush out the sodium from the seeds)
Steps:  Goal 12, 000 (setting the bar higher today 4,500 so far)
Exercise:  30 Wall Push ups...
Attitude:  Focused

 Yay today the scale was down so hopefully that will hold for Wednesday weigh in

I was super hungry yesterday, not hungry at all today.  I know many say don't trust your body with hunger or fullness.  I agree to an extent, but I never was in tune with my body's actual needs.  Now I'm trying to eat if truly hungry, and not force it if not.  I know, crazy thinking that there is!

LND:  leftover ham, a piece of toast, sugar snap peas and carrots
LNS:  my ground turkey breast and veggie stir fry

B:  sf nf vanilla cappuccino
L:  3 bites of a bean burrito.  decided against it.  2 bites of ground turkey veggie stir fry
S:  not sure I'll need one, but if so probably a deviled egg
D:  Have a pork roast in the crockpot with new potatoes, onions, and carrots.  might add a bite of salad.  probably not considering I've not been hungry.

 I totally agree but for me after surgery I am NEVER physically hungry.  The only reason I'm "eating" the yogurt is being I know my body needs fuel to run on otherwise I'd still be sipping my water and coffee (which I'm doing while looking at the spoon sticking out the yogurt).

hey I am back on my grind protein shake that's breakfast and lunch.  Nut's raw for snack and going to gym tonight get that body, body moving.  dinner made some turkey spaghetti...that's it for today and drink.

Water: about 40 oz so far. trying to power through another 20.
Exercise: worked out with my trainer for an hour this morning, which is why i'm STARVING today.
Attitude: having work issues, but trying not to let that get me down.

Late at night when I feel the carb monster calling I just go to sleep thus avoiding cashews, pumpkin seeds and popcorn which seem to call out loudest at night.

If I'm working and cannot go to sleep I have a Starbucks Via with 2 oz. FF Milk and 6 oz. water. 

B - 4 oz. Latte  34 cal. (2 cups of 2 oz. ff milk and 6 oz. water)
L - 4 oz. Squid in Ink Sauce 260 cal.
S - 1 oz. Pumpkin Seeds 85 cal.
D - 7 oz. Liver and Onions 250 cal.
S - 4 oz. Latte 34 cal. (2 cups of 2 oz. ff milk and 6 oz. water)
S - 1 oz. Mahogany Meats Beef Jerky

Exercise - 1 Hour Bike Ride, 30 Minute of Dog Walking

Vitamins - 2 Gummy Vites, 1 B-12 Sublingual, 2 Fiber Gummies
Water - 64 oz. and counting
