Whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday...
Last night was a munchy eating night. I had sunflower seeds, my chicken cauliflower casserole, then some peanuts mixed with craisins. I TRIED to keep it proteiny but the fact that I was mindlessly eating again. Focus grasshopper!!

Yay today the scale was down so hopefully that will hold for Wednesday weigh in
I was super hungry yesterday, not hungry at all today. I know many say don't trust your body with hunger or fullness. I agree to an extent, but I never was in tune with my body's actual needs. Now I'm trying to eat if truly hungry, and not force it if not. I know, crazy thinking that there is!
LND: leftover ham, a piece of toast, sugar snap peas and carrots
LNS: my ground turkey breast and veggie stir fry
B: sf nf vanilla cappuccino
L: 3 bites of a bean burrito. decided against it. 2 bites of ground turkey veggie stir fry
S: not sure I'll need one, but if so probably a deviled egg
D: Have a pork roast in the crockpot with new potatoes, onions, and carrots. might add a bite of salad. probably not considering I've not been hungry.
