I need to get into the habit of posting in this thread again.
B: Protein Smoothie *
S: None
L: Smoke gouda slices and rare roast beef sammich meat
S: Click mocha latte, served hot
D: Scrambled eggs with chicken and apple sausage and smoked gouda melted on top. OMG, SO GOOD.
* The smoothie - Frozen greek yogurt (frozen into ice cubes, two cubes per smoothie - got this idea from Bariatric Foodie), 8 ounces of milk (I use hood calorie countdown), 2tbs sugar free torani vanilla syrup, splenda to taste, approx 1/2 cup frozen blackberries, scoop of vanilla protein powder whizzed up in my single serving blender, fantastic. I don't do more than 1 of these a day though with the fruit otherwise it's a bit too much natural sugar.
