My nutritionist uses one as motivation. First post op visit when I was telling her how much I've lost she handed it to me and was like, "you lost 40 of these!" Amazing to visualize it.

Dude it looks yummy! I wonder if I could deep fry it ....Mmm deep fat fried ........fat!...... breaded in panko! Might be the next chicken nugget....on fast food menus?
