1st Day of Pre-Op diet

I'm getting so excited just reading all of these!  My surgery is May 24th and I can't wait.  It's been a long time coming.  I wish you all well!

I start my 2 week  diet on May 4 and i cant wait  .. good luck you

Best of luck to everyone going through surgery today.  I'm at Day 5 pre-op........I'm doing pretty good (knock wood).  I weighed myself this morning and at this point I am right where the doc wanted me to be so any more weight I lose before next Wednesday is just gravy....so to speak!  :D 

Don't get me wrong.....I do get hungry sometimes but I'm just trying to keep my eyes on the prize and remember the reasons I'm doing this.  Truthfully, this is the most compliant I have ever been with anything like this before.  I know this isn't a diet, but it feels like Optifast or Slimfast except when I stop, I'll have surgery. 

I literally have not been this excited about anything in a LONG time.
