D:probably fish

jogged a mile, walked a mile, drinking lots of green tea, forgot my vitamins at home, I'll do them later.

L: 2.6 oz package of tuna (it's like these were made just for WLS people!)

B: Choc. Protein Shake
S: 1/2 c. lettuce w/FF Sugar Free Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing
L: 1/2 c Grilled Chicken w/Taco Sauce & 1/8 C. Cheddar melted
D: 3 Meatballs w/Spaghetti Sauce - no noodles
S: either 1/2 c cottage cheese or SF Choc. Pudding

Water - 32 oz down - 32 to go
Vits - 1/2 done
Exercise: 6 miles biking

B: Lean Cuisine Breakfast Hot Pocket
S: Raspberry Cystal Light
L: Lean Cuisine Southwest Chicken and Blackbean Quesadilla
S: Ritz Cheese Cracker
D: Leftover Benihana (Chicken, Shrimp and Veggies! Yum!)

Water: Getting it down
Exercise: We'll see what the weather will allow...
Vitamins: Take them tonight
Attitude: TGIF!!
