I get up later here in Hawaii.

Think for lunch I'm having 3 oz of chicken breast and a couple of strawberries
It's my Dad's 89th birthday and we are going to an Italian restaurant so I am gonna read the menu in advance, make sure I have my protiein in and choose a healthy appetizer or a veggie side and enjoy the company!
For exercise I am going to do my resistence bands and walk 30 minutes.
Tomorrow I want to get in the pool and start swimming laps.
I'm off tomorrow, too!! OH... and Monday!!!

S: Skinny Latte.. IS FREEZING today!!

S: not sure.. going out with some friends tonight.

Attitude: Great... 1 week left in my current position.. only 2 work days left wtih boss... I have a long weekend.. get to see my family!
