I get up later here in Hawaii.
So far a protein drink.

Think for lunch I'm having 3 oz of chicken breast and a couple of strawberries

It's my Dad's 89th birthday and we are going to an Italian restaurant so I am gonna read the menu in advance, make sure I have my protiein in and choose a healthy appetizer or a veggie side and enjoy the company!

For exercise I am going to do my resistence bands and walk 30 minutes. 
Tomorrow I want to get in the pool and start swimming laps.

L homemade chicken salad with lt. mayo and cranberry relish
L-2 more of the chicken salad /mini cucumbers
D leftover roast beef

Attitude: Great... 1 week left in my current position.. only 2 work days left wtih boss... I have a long weekend.. get to see my family!

Lunch...-3:30 today...- 2 oz tuna fish and a string cheese

Dinner? - after 7 tonite...- Crab cake...mixed veg..
