Im confused.  Does everyone get b-12?  Orally or a shot?  I work at a clinic and can easily get a shot here but just curious what everyone else does?

I'm using the sublingual.. I wouldn't bother with shots unless your labs show you as deficient..

I take 2 b 12 pills a day and was just told my level is 700 which is great they told me.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

I am now taking B-12 every day as I was on the lower side of normal when I only took it 3x a week. I haven't been back to the Dr since I upped the dose but I do feel the difference (I think).

I do sublingual B12 twice a week.  B12 is the one thing I had an excess of on my last labs - 1175!

I take a daily B-12 sublingual from Costco and my labs have been excellent for B-12, and everything else.
