Water: Goal 100oz (64oz ALREADY)
Steps: Goal 10,000 (2,500 so far)
Exercise: Formal 1 mile walk @ lunch; 25 Wall Push Up; 25 Squats
Vitamins: On target
Cottage Cheese ate until full
64ozs G2 Gatorade will finish the day on water

B: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, mixed with Vanilla protien powder, smoothed with skim milk
L: Tbsp puree’d egg salad with dill, pepper, dried mustard, paprika and LF Olive oil mayo, Light Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb wedge. If any room, TBSP of Pear/Pineapple baby food
D: 1 – 2 TBSP Puree’d fresh king crab with teeny bit squeezed lemon, LF Olive oil mayo, avocado, maybe some cayenne pepper. 1 TBSP of a non-carb veggie, not sure yet. TBSP of sweet potato if any room.
Water – heck yes
Vites and Pills – on schedule
Work – bleh, busy!
Walk and stationary bike after work
Mood – pretty good
LNS: 1/2 cup of Hagen Daz vanilla ice cream
Coffee with half & half and splenda
B: 2 oz turkey burger; 1 oz mexican rice; 1 brussel sprout
S: rest of breakfast that I couldnt finish
L: 2 oz turkey burger; 1 oz mexican rice; 2 brussel sprouts
S: rest of lunch that i couldnt finish
D:???? Damn sure not having turkey burger or mexican rice!!!
S: Premeier Proteiin Shake - Vanilla
B: 1 scoop strawberry egg white protein powder in 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
L: 1 deviled egg
S: don't know yet - maybe a protein bar
D: 4oz crockpot chicken topped with 1 oz mozzarella cheese, salsa and broccoli that I can fit in
Water: 8 oz - I don't know how ya'll get so much water in, plus it just plain tastes bad. I'm happy if I get 32 oz total fluid in for the day.
Vitamins: on schedule
Exercise: 25 min on cybex machine, upper body strength training
