Whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday...
LND: I had major heart burn so I ate half a yogurt and half a Atkins brownie. Later that night I felt better and had a slice of ham, a string cheese, and about 5 mini pretzels.
B: Liked the ham, string cheese, and mini pretzels cuz I had some for breakfast.
S: none
L: 3 oz boiled oysters (the can kind) with lemon and salt
S: not sure, maybe half a protein shake
D: didn't do the burgers yesterday after all so doing that today, will have half of 1 on 1 bun.
Vitamins: Yes
Water: working on it barely around, 16 oz
Exercise: no, slept about 2 hours last night I'm lucky I can even move let alone exercise will try and get my arm weights done though and at the least 25 crunches, 10 lunges.

Breakfast and lunch were caprese salad - 1/2 diced tomato with 2 oz of mozzarella, basil and balsamic vinegar. Snack - 1.5 ounces of almonds.
Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet! Probably egg salad - the kids did Easter eggs early on Sunday.

L: 3 Turkey Meatballs, 1 tsp Ragu
S: Ruby Red Grapefruit in juice
D: 4oz Marinated Salmon, 6 Sugar Snap peas
W: 20oz (so far)
E: None yet
