NEXT...
I was terribly hungry all day yesterday, and ate TWO dinners plus a 100 calorie snack pack. My first dinner was a salad with grilled chicken and some corn and black bean salsa. My later dinner was 1 scrambled egg and a piece of toast. Now today I'm really feeling the restriction. Tried to eat some grilled chicken earlier and couldn't keep it down. WTH? I'm just rolling with it. So who know what I'll actually eat today...

L: 2 oz of oven fried flounder; 2 oz of mexican rice a roni (feeling carby today)

D: 3 oz turkey burger with either some brussel sprouts or edamame.

S: String cheese and a cutie (mandarin)
L: 1/2 can of tuna, a little Miracle Whip, diced scallions, on bed of arugula with 6 triscuits and a sprinkle of French's fried onions.
S: String chees and 8 grapes (all the fruit I had left)
D: No idea yet, maybe the rest of the tuna.
Water - Yup it is sitting right here staring at me - Haven't started. Will get it in.
Vits - about 3/4 down
Exercise: Jazzercise (60 min)
Attitude: To the world - optomistic - Internally - Kind of quiet and grumpy today probably due to sore muscles and lack of sleep.
