Protein Shake HELP!!!

Here's the skinny (or soon to be skinny lol),

I CANT STAND MILKY PROTEIN SHAKES! ITS PURE TORTURE.

I have tried the ISOPURE bottled drinks, but does any one know of any other protein drinks/recipes that are either not milky in texture/taste and/or can be added to a slushie consistency drink. If I could chug my protein shakes it would not be so bad and maybe I could get them down, but since I must sip. It would be nice to have something  a lil less on the awful side. I did try NECTAR, and the flavor is not bad, but the "milky" lemon tea is just gag-inducing. I have lived in the south for far too long. I can handle tea like syrup from the sugar content before tea thats cloudy and milky. Just plain odd. At any rate, please help. In a perfect world, I would find one the consistency of juice/water, possibly a slushie, with a slight sour kick. I.e. Smoothie King's Pomegranate Punch...yum!

have you tried the nectar cherry smash?

I know people have mixed the Isopure with some flavor of Crystal Light and partialy froze it.  I also know some people who have mixed the Isopure with a  SF popsicle to make it slushy like.

I hope more will chime in with more to choose from . A lot of people like Jay Robb which you can
get at  The Vitamin Shoppe but I am not sure what flavors they come in. They have individual packets so you don' t have to buy a large amount.

Please don't use protein bullets. They are fruit flavor but they have collegan in them and only a small amount of whey protein. Whey protein is what you need.

I am NOT a milk person.  But, I would completely agree with using Eggface's blog for recipes.  Everything I have tried from there is yummy.  I'm really new to this, but someone here recommended her site, and I have not been disappointed!

Good luck,
Jenn

Remember that there are lots of other proteins. There's soy, egg, rice, pea, etc. I can't eat or drink anything with milk proteins in it, so I've had to do some hunting too.
I love soy protein with mio fruit punch the best.
