Wow, simply wow

I am one week post-op today, and have my doc appt today.  So I stepped on the scale this morning to see what kind of progress I have made.  I weighed in the day after I got home and was up 7 pounds.  Depressing, but expected with all the water and IV fluid I took in the hospital.  Anyway:

HW: 425
Start of pre-op: 423
Day of surg: 384 
3 days post op: 391 
7 days post op (today): 371 

I know I won't lost NEARLY this rapidly for long, but holy crap it brought a smile to my face today!

Time to put all the "crap" in your head about losing weight away.  Trust in the process and the sleeve, follow the program.  It is a simple matter of physics from there out.  Your gonna do great!

I felt the same way I kept thinking come on they took out 85% of my stomach there has to be some weight loss, but no nothing.  Then all of a sudden I would loos 3 lbs in a day it will come off it is just a game, just follow the plan and you will be looking and feeling great in no time.

Get ready -  you're going to be smiling a LOT over the next few months/years!
