OMG I am ELATED! 100lbs gone!
LOL! Well I started as a "heavy weight" at 350...my goal was always to be at 100lbs by 6months and I still have about 3 weeks to go to that...so yay!
I follow my Drs advice of low car, high protein...etc. I excercise quite a bit...at least 4xs a week. Today I did 55 minutes on an elliptical (I started at 20 minutes and worked my way up) Then I did some weight training. I also follow the advice on here...Frisco always says do not eat to full but satisfied (sorry not an exact quote) and that really hit home. Full is what got me to 350.
I got myself to 350, now I am working my sleeve the best I can to undo the damage!
