I am still losing but it has certainly slowed down. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 12 (new Easter Dress I just bought).
I agree with you... everyone that ask me if I would do this again I tell them absolutely... without a moments hesitation... "Absolutely nothing tastes as good as thin feels".

It's good to see you again. I am glad you are checking in. Looks like you are doing great! Size 12 is fantastic. It does slow down toward the end. That is when I had to tighten things up a bit to get all the way to goal. Stick around, share your success with the newbies, you know how much they appreciate it. I don't know if you know, but there is a VSG maintenance group now. If you haven't checked it out, you should. It is a great group of people that is very supportive of each other. They help keep me in line, when I need it, and I return the favor.
Lizanne, thank you. Yes, we went dancing, and my husband was the only guy on the dance floor. Let me tell you, he gets a few looks from the ladies when we dance. He loves to dance as much as I do and he is a musician (hobby), so live music is big love in his life. There is a local bar that caters to the 40-60 crowd. It is very upscale and the bands are terrific. The music is more our era and they almost always have a great horn section. It is a great place to people watch, enjoy the great music and dance the night away. Whenever we can, we get a babysitter to come in after we put the kids to bed, and go dancing
