that would hurt my feelings so bad! My husband never makes comments like that. Makes me feel even luckier to have his support. He has never said anything negative to me. Sad.

 What an ASS. He needs to be reminded that your still the same person except alot healthier. You are still just as beautiful now as you were then.. Maybe taking a bag of cement that weighs equal to the amount of weight you've lost and drop it on his head while he sleeps , that might wake him up or might put him out of your misery.   

My husband went through the same thing, except he was never a dickhead about it, but he did let me know that I was "getting too small". Of course, when I hit goal, he was definitely saying "please stop losing, don't get any smaller", well another 23-25lbs fell off and it's taken him a year to accept that I'm not going to be fat again. He too prefers "thick" girls, but he has never been mean about my body or my weight. You know it's just his own insecurities talking, and he's gonna beat you up in the process of making sure his fragile, ****** ego doesn't get bruised up too badly.

I know you've shared that y'all have issues, and I think it's only going to intensify over the coming months. Brace for it, and know it's probably going to get worse before gets better.

Make up the couch with his favorite pillow and blanket and a note that says, "If you don't like the way my body looks/feels, then I guess you don't want to sleep with it either! Let me know when you change your mind!"

It's hard enough living with our own insecurities, let alone our supposed loved one's insecurities. GRRRR!!
