B:  premier protein, 2 oz sugar free almond milk in my coffee
S:  an asian inspired stew...apx 2 oz turkey and  1/2 c squash, bits of spinach and onion.
L:  stew 2.5 oz turkey, .5 cup squash
and later i'll have
S:  plan to grab something from whole foods hot food bar later
D: more stew if i am hungry for a 5th meal, or maybe just a carrot or apple or something. it is only 330 PM here, so i don't know yet.

Water:  plently
Exercise:  will walk to whole foods later
Vitamins:  yes
Attitude:  functional

B- yoplait blueberry greek yogurt with low fat granola
L- 2 slices of turkey pastrami and 2 slices of munster cheese in a half of a low fat wrap
D- 3 spinach perogies
no snack tonight!

S: 2 hard boild eggs and shreeded cheese check
L: 1/2 cup chicken,  1 Tbls pizza sauce, 2 Tbls cheese check
S: Yogurt and berries Missed it but had almonds
D: baby back ribs, squash, salad check

S: Protein hot chocolate gonna have my yogurt instead---maybe

Still have cals for another snack ...so we may add a little something

Vites: considered my pre breakfast check

MS: Sweet and salty peanut bar (sigh)
L: LO 1/2 tri tip sandwich
D: 1/2 chicken burrito with guac, pico de gallo, sour cream

Plenty of water
all of my vitamins
no exercise....

Still feeling pretty good because I'm losing!
