Today is a NEW day and I needed yesterday off and NOW I feel so MUCH better...on top of the world!!

LND:  Pizza Hut Pizza (way to much during the course of the day)

B:  CarbMaster Yogurt
S:  Coffee
L:  Chicken Kabob; Salad
S:  1/4 avocado
D:  Cream of Mushroom (protein soup by Lindora)

Water:  Goal 100oz (80oz thus far)
Exercise:  Goal 10,000 steps (8,500 thus far)
Vitamins:  On target
Attitude:  Regardless of my eating yesterday today I feel like a MILLION dollars!!

L: 1 oz turkey breast rolled up in romaine lettuce a 1 oz stick of low fat cheese. 6 grapes
S: None
D: 3 oz turkey chili (homemade) with 1 oz string cheese
S: 8oz protein shake and 1 oz almonds, 1 sf popsicle

Water: Goal 100oz (got in right at 64 oz so far)
Exercise: Zumba for 1 hr
Vitamins: on target
Attitude: I'm ready for this formal dinner on Friday so I can show others how much weight I've lost since they last seen me (2months ago)....

I am only 9 days post op and it is only 10.20 here in California! ;)

8oz protein shakes blended with half banana.

Yesterdays bad day is continuing until right now, enough is enough...Now I feel like ... I ate a handful of BBQ corn nuts and over cooked Easter egg chocolate chip cookies..Heated in the microwave..MMMmmmmMMM...But, I feel nauseous now...

I'm so envious of what you all can eat and drink....I'm 2 weeks post op and can't even get in 16 oz of fluid per day. Anything I eat sits wrong. So depressed over this....
My VSG is scheduled for March 29th!

wow! are you showing signs of dehydration? poor dear! i'd make sure the MD is aware just as a precaution. i am sorry you are having trouble with your fluids.

During the first month after surgery.  I siped water from a shot glass, carried it around the house and sipped I swear every 5 minutes because I did not want to be dehydrated.  I "ate" if you can call it that food in 1oz increments maybe 4-6 times a day.  I cared more about staying hydrated then eating.  I was in pain and just felt overall like **** for 14 days EXACTLY.

I will say I was blessed to wake up and instantly NOT be hungry (which is not the case for everyone).  I had surgery regrets but it wasn't like I could change it so I continued to sip and "eat".  Be patient you JUST had major surgery.
