B: 1/4C Egg Whites, 1 Morningstar Sausage, 1Tbsp Salsa
L: 3 Cheese Chicken Sausage, 1/4C Steam Veggies
S: 1/4C Cottage Cheese, 1.5oz Buffalo Chicken Breast from Deli
D: 2 oz Sirloin, Onion, Red Peppers, 1/2 Tbsp Philadelphia Sante Fe Cooking Sauce. Salsa
S: Protein Shake
Water: 50oz so far
Vits: When I get home.. forgot to bring them to work today
Exercise: After work
Breakfast....2 fried eggs
Snack........2 cups coffee
Lunch........2 oz beef jerky
Snack........2 or 3 oz cheese
Dinner.......Venison browned with an onion, can rotel tomatoes, block of cream cheese, sausage seasoning all heated together....YUM I will eat as is, John will use corn chips.\
Snack.......Protein hot chocolate
Lots of coffee, tea, and water.
Vits/Supl....Done
Exercise.....Walk and rowing machine tonight.
Feeling great!

S - Decaf coffee w/ff cream
L - 2 oz Sliced leftover steak w/melted blue cheese crumbles
S - 1/2 c Cottage Cheese
D - 2 oz chicken w/taco sauce & sprinkle of cheddar
Water - on target (48 oz down - 16 oz to go)
Exercise - 30 min on Bike & 15 on Gazelle
Attitude - Feeling peppy!
S - Decaf coffee w/ff cream
L - 2 oz Sliced leftover steak w/melted blue cheese crumbles
S - 1/2 c Cottage Cheese
D - 2 oz chicken w/taco sauce & sprinkle of cheddar
Water - on target (48 oz down - 16 oz to go)
Exercise - 30 min on Bike & 15 on Gazelle
