I love that, I think of a question or idea and usually that day someone else asks it here.
I am actually eating my first salad post-op now and it is awesome. I ran short for time at work so I stopped at Carls's Jr and got a grilled chicken breast (i love theirs) and small side salad w/ balsamic. I cut the breast in 1/2 and took maybe 1-2 fork fulls of spring mix with tsp of dressing. It is great. I have the biggest **** eating grin on right now. Now , that said I may post later with a wtf was I thinking because it may not sit well, but for now, it's gooooooood.
Yay for us and being able to eat "normal" again!

Great job on your weight loss.  As far as salad I would check with Dr. Sadek or your nutritionist..  Personally I had difficulty with salad, when I was able to get it down, romaine worked better that iceberg.  Now I can eat both.  Trying to get support group really going, hope you can join us.
