Almost a month out here, and doing pretty good. I am almost feeling 100%. Hit me up with any questions you have, and I'll help if I can.

18 months post-op.
Lost 100% of my excess weight.
Maintaining without a lot of effort.
It's been easy to lose weight when you're not hungry, follow the program, monitor carbs and exercise.

Good luck,
George

thanks for the shoutout for formerfatdudes.com - just thought I'd throw out there that I'm always open to having other dudes post about their experiences for the site.

If anyone is interested, let me know.. it can be a one time thing or a once in awhile thing. I started the site because there were so few of us guys out there that I wanted to have a place to tell these stories from a dude's perspective.
