HEY!
I am a guy and need some guy advice. I am having my VSG surgery next Tuesday. I don't see to many guys on here. Just need to know I am not the only one and need to hear some of your success stories.

Is there a forum directed to guys that are or have had VSG or WLS?

There is a mens forum, but the main VSG forum is much more active. There are quite a few of us around. You definately are doing the right thing, assuming you're physically & mentally prepared for surgery.

This surgery is the best thing I've ever done. Sunday, I kayaked for 12 miles. Yesterday, I push-mowed the entire yard without breaking a sweat. And today, I cleaned out the shed. All of this on top of working 11-hour days here lately. I've got plenty of energy.

Take control of your life.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet. Start date 9/13/10.
