I was surfing and ran into this site about Miracle Noodles. Sounds really good! No cooking either , just rinse and add to soups , casseroles, or just add sauce.  Comes in different pasta shapes.

 YEP! THESE ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!
I found them about 9 months ago after having the band removed. They are great and they take on the flavor of whatever you eat!!!! And NO icky after taste either!!!
It's how Japanese women stay so thin and still eat noodles! They come in everthing from Udon to spaghetti type! Enjoy....

Thanks Jennifer, I think I may order some in the near future when I get to real food. I am still on thin pureed for a couple weeks. The miracle noodle site has a minimum of 10 packages with over 10.00 shipping so it would run over 40.00 so I was checking out so see if I can locate it cheaper. They also sell it at Trader joes so I may just go there and buy one package to see if I will like it which I probably will as it looks like a ramen noodle type. I also saw on the Miracle noodle site that they have " Miracle Rice"!!! Soon!!

Just found another site that sells them .  In reading about them it was mentioned that if ordering on line it is best to get from an online asian grocer to  get the freshest product.

To find out more about Glucomannan here is a good research site, if your on diabetic meds be careful it can make your blood sugar unstable, I found this an informative site.

If this site doesnt work try www.Webmd.com type in

Glucomannan

site.http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-205-GLUCOMANNAN.aspx?activeIngredientId=205&activeIngredientName=GLUCOMANNAN
