L: Same after waiting an hour
D: Sipping on a pina colada protein shake
S: 1/4c tuna sald
Vitamins: I need to buy some more because suddenly the celebrate chewables make me nauseas
Water: Still not getting enough
Exercise: 15 minute walk
Attitude: Happy! My pain has subsided considerably and I got out to see friends yesterday. I find that I can heal faster if I get out to see my support of friends. Though today is serious nose to the grindstone homework time (though why am I here procrastinating!)

D: Ham and cheese melt (just cheese wrapped in ham, heated through)
