Yayyyyyyyyyy, it's the weekend, not that it matters much since I am off work right now. LOL...But, we are off to the Farmer's Market today..Hopefully find some new protein and veggie treats!

Another Saturday, another weekend full of work. Blerg. :)

D: more of those asian turkey meatballs. they seem never ending!

Its still not pretty, but I'm getting a little better....

breakfast: nine cookies
Snack: protein coffee
Lunch two tacos
Snack carbmaster yogurt, berries, pork rinds, cheese its



So I'm not really on track but I can gear the train again.....and since I have logged it, l am forced to see the negative impact of having cookies for breakfast.....and the cookies are now gone.....so here is to getting closer to the track.....oh yeah....I also broke a sweat doing a wii zomba class
