Whatcha eating today VSGers? Wednesday...

VSG on 11/05/07 with
B- fage strawberry yogurt with low fat granola
L- 2 trader joes turkey meatballs and snap peas
S- couple of Special K cracker chips
D- 3 slices of turkey bacon and cheese on a whole wheat tortilla (2/3)
S- vanilla protein shake with 1/2 banana

Finally got my fat ass back on the treadmill- still gotta work on the water :(
starting weight  225/  lowest weight 129/ goal weight 135

D:  1 Schwan's crab cake
S:  SF pudding

Water:  Almost there
Exercise:  quite a bit of walking at work
Vitamins:  Done
Attitude:  Okay - kind of tired today.  Really struggling to want to eat still and keep things down.  I decided to go back to protein shakes for breakfast in order to not feel so full and hopefully want to eat lunch.

I know its late in WEd But here is what I ate today

B. EAS Caramel Cafe Protein Shake
S. Crystal Light
L 3 oz Tuna with pickle relish and 2oz of Yogurt
S. Nothing
D. 1/4 of freebirds chicken salad

Water....still working on it....not a good day with water
Exercise..little but
Vitamins...NEVER
Attitude...sucks!

I haven't found any good ones that doesnt make me sick. My labs were good except my Vit D level was low. I will have to start taking prescription strengh of Vit D. Do you notice a difference with the vits?

Today I had a second interview with a job I really want wish me luck!!

ok

B  1/2 egg and turkey sausage
s  nothing
L two bites of a new york vendor hot dog w/ bun relish and mustard yum!
s vitimin water  I call this a snack cause its 50 cals
D 2oz bbq pork chop  broccoli bite of delish cornbread
S rest of my vitimin water

It was a carby day but I had a lot of energy today those subway stairs are a workout but I can do them with out needing oxgen now lol

vitimins  two gummies, calcium need to start iron again
Exercise just running in the tunnels and up and down stairs for trains LOL
Water  not enough it makes me gag but i am trying to get better.

 I am so excited that I started soft foods today so I had tuna salad for lunch and tilapia for dinner.  Because I am still in awe over how little I need to feel satiated, I took a picture of dinner:

My first real dinner since #wls!  I got the fish and a few tiny bites of lentils in and I am so full!  This is still blowing my mind how little I can eat and feel satiety. I’m falling way behind on my water goals though.

Of course, I couldn't even eat all of it but it was so nice to have something solid that I cooked and could eat off of a plate for the first time in weeks.  I also had a half cup of sf jello pudding and two 1/2c protein shakes.  Still not doing good with my water intake! :/
