B- fage strawberry yogurt with low fat granola
L- 2 trader joes turkey meatballs and snap peas
S- couple of Special K cracker chips
D- 3 slices of turkey bacon and cheese on a whole wheat tortilla (2/3)
S- vanilla protein shake with 1/2 banana
Finally got my fat ass back on the treadmill- still gotta work on the water :(

Exercise: quite a bit of walking at work
Vitamins: Done
Attitude: Okay - kind of tired today. Really struggling to want to eat still and keep things down. I decided to go back to protein shakes for breakfast in order to not feel so full and hopefully want to eat lunch.

Exercise: quite a bit of walking at work
Vitamins: Done

L two bites of a new york vendor hot dog w/ bun relish and mustard yum!
s vitimin water I call this a snack cause its 50 cals
D 2oz bbq pork chop broccoli bite of delish cornbread
S rest of my vitimin water
It was a carby day but I had a lot of energy today those subway stairs are a workout but I can do them with out needing oxgen now lol
vitimins two gummies, calcium need to start iron again
Exercise just running in the tunnels and up and down stairs for trains LOL
Water not enough it makes me gag but i am trying to get better.

I am so excited that I started soft foods today so I had tuna salad for lunch and tilapia for dinner. Because I am still in awe over how little I need to feel satiated, I took a picture of dinner:
Of course, I couldn't even eat all of it but it was so nice to have something solid that I cooked and could eat off of a plate for the first time in weeks. I also had a half cup of sf jello pudding and two 1/2c protein shakes. Still not doing good with my water intake! :/
