Lunch..........Beef Jerky, had to run errands at lunch
Snack..........2 oz cheese
Dinner..........Sonic Junior Deluxe with mustard (I know)
Snack...........Beef Jerky or Protein Hot Chocolate
Lots of water, coffee, and tea.
Did lots of walking today. Can't remember to put my peodemeter on. Going to lay it with my rings so I will start remembering.
Hello fellow sleevers..
I am still working out the kinks to the night thing..maybe you guys can give me some advice..should I tack on my stats for what I do doing the night as part of yesterday's totals and just start todays totals when I get home in the am, or should I add on what I doing the night, like midnight officially starts the new day so just add everything throughout the night as part of today..
anyway, here goes
B: 3 slices of turkey bacon..2 bites of french toast
S: sleeping soundly, thank you to my wonderful son for giving me that
L: very late as I didnt get up til about 115, but got out to run errands picked up a subway club salad from subway
S: a little more salad
D: I'm making tacos and going to try to use a couple of wontons and transform them into taco shells so I can have mini tacos...otherwise, I will just have1 regular taco
Water: depends on if I add what I drank during the night to today's total..had about 32 oz overnight..so far about 16 oz today
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: either going for a walk or going to the gym not sure yet
Attitude: tired and a little frustrated that my "friend" didn't show up yesterday like she was supposed to cuz I have been so crampy and nauseous for the last few days, hoping for some relief soon...whatev

Sorry if you took my post the wrong way. I mentioned what the tread is for just simply because I did.
For ME I start counting my fluids when I wake up to START my day which is around 5am in the morning and when I go to BED which is around 9pm at night. I don't count the fluids I might drink when I get up in the middle of the night.
Maybe I just wasn't clear on what you were asking or what your schedule is that you were referencing, but do what you like and take my advice how you like...
