B:  2 hard boiled eggs
L:  1/2 cup chef salad with Walden's Dijon Mustard dressing
D:  2 oz pork steak, 1/4 cup acorn squash

Water:  working on 64 oz
Vitamins: done
Exercise:  walking but not near enough I am sure
Attitude:  positive of course!!

S: Atkins Chocolate Chip protein bar
L: Chicken Salad (chicken, mayo & dill pickle relish)
S: String Cheese & Dole Pineapple bites (w/yogurt & granola)
D: 1 Biscuit w/gravy & 2 pieces of bacon (I wanted it so I ate it!!)
S: String Cheese & Almonds
