So I made it through the weekend.  Today is SO flippin beautiful ain't it MY luck I'm at work =(

LND:  Spicy/Garlic Shrimp lettuce wraps
LNS:  Peanuts

B:  3oz Buffalo; Onions; Egg over easy
S:  Coffee; 1 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2; SF Almond Roca syrup
S:  Clementine
L:  4oz Chicken Breast; Salad
S:  N/A
D:  3/4 Cup Curry Chicken
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (40 thus far)
Vitamins:  Have no doubt
Exercise:  Goal 10,000 steps (2600 thus far)
Attitude:  Kinda BLAH because being back on track 3 years OUT doesn't yield those results and the scale is NOT budging...)

I had 20oz of Click protein drink for breakfast and then about an ounce of deli roast beef and a jalapeno string cheese. I am starting my Zinc this week to hopefully prevent hair loss.

Breakfast: 1/2 mini bagel with low fat cream cheese

Snack: cheese stick

Lunch: taco (minus 1/2 the meat ) 

Dinner: grilled chicken with asparagus

I never get 64 oz of water.. I had 40 thus far though

Monday is always busy but I will try to walk a little tonight if Im not too tired

Good Morningggggg!!!!!!!! Ms. Shell!!! How's your Monday going so far! I need to get my butt back to eating a lot more protein. Because you reminded (o; me I an still healing!! I need to drink lots today to get rid of the sugar from the two cinnamon buns I ate yesterday! Blahhh, But they were good..LOL! and had walnuts, there's protein! LOL

Attitude: Weather is sunny and +7 It's a good day!

B: skinny caramel latte with double scoop protein
L: chili w/ cheese
S: potato soup

Vites- yup
Water- low
Attitude- good!

Need to start doing this.....

PB...2 T raw honey, 1 t cinnamon in cup of ho****er  (homepathic for my arthritis..seeing if it works)
B....2 eggs, 1 slice cheese scrambled in olive oil
S....2 oz cheese
L....3 oz beef, 1/4 cup fresh corn, 1 slice cheese
S....2 oz cheese
D....3 oz steak, cup stir fry veggies fried in olive oil
S....Peanuts
Before bed..2 T raw honey, 1 t cinnamon in cup of ho****er

Coffee, tea, water through out the day.

Mood is okay.  I am trying to build in more exercise each day.  I really need to add some muscle for my age.
