Hi, I am new to group.

I just want to know what the letters mean? and did your hair fall out? So people say it does and some say it doesn't. I go to my information session next week and would like to be prepared to all the question I can? Any advice?

Hey Donna...ask ALL the questions you want

LND = Last Nights Dinner
LNS = Last Nights Snack
B = Breakfast
S = Snack
L = Lunch
D = Dinner

My hair thinned out yes, but I didn't really notice it coming out but I did cut most my hair off really short so it wouldn't be as noticeable.

Advice = enjoy the ride listen to your body and learn what works for YOU and always remember WHY you are having surgery.

Ms. Shell, it will happen.  But you are right, it is harder to get all excited the further out you get.  If you get the chance, would you please send me the recipe for your Curry chicken.  I love curry.

B: latte and two eggs with two wedges of laughing cow cheese mixed together.
L: Sublimate's amazing tuna surprise, the surprise is it's really good!
S: home made chard chips
D: home made turkey chili

I am going to try really hard to just eat this today.  I want to see the 103 lbs. mark sometime this week to balance out the weekend partying.  Need a sanity day.  So far so good but it is the evenings that usually get me.

Hmm...

Breakfast: 3-4 oz scrambled egg with refried bean, cheese, pico de gallo and enchilada sauce
Lunch: thinking of walking down for a hard-boiled egg now or looking up nutrition stats on SBUX protein plate
Dinner: not sure yet...

Ran 400 stairs with my friend this morning, we are doing 400 stairs again this afternoon. This week, we're shooting for doing the stairs in the morning and afternoon. Also trying to figure out how to get to deep-water aerobics tonight and Wednesday night (will have to pay nanny extra - kids are home on spring break this week). Getting good exercise in these days!
