Attitude: Kinda BLAH because being back on track 3 years OUT doesn't yield those results and the scale is NOT budging...)

PB...2 T raw honey, 1 t cinnamon in cup of ho****er (homepathic for my arthritis..seeing if it works)
B....2 eggs, 1 slice cheese scrambled in olive oil

L....3 oz beef, 1/4 cup fresh corn, 1 slice cheese

D....3 oz steak, cup stir fry veggies fried in olive oil

Before bed..2 T raw honey, 1 t cinnamon in cup of ho****er
Coffee, tea, water through out the day.
Mood is okay. I am trying to build in more exercise each day. I really need to add some muscle for my age.
