Are the WW entrees as salty as the others in the frozen food section?

If it feels good, do it!  And if it smells good, eat it!

Weigh****chers Salisbury Steak....Recipe is from the Just Like Home WW book.

1 pound lean ground round
2/3 Cup finely chopped onion
1/3 Cup uncooked instant rice....I used Panko because I was outta rice
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of salt....I don't bother with the salt
1 large egg white
1-1/4 Cup of fresh mushrooms..I used can, I was outta fresh
2- (10.5-ounce) cans beef consomme
1-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons of water
1-1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Divide into 4 equal portions, shaping each into 1/2 inch-thick patty.

2. Coat large non-stick frying pan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

3. Recoat skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms; saute over medium-high heat 3 minutes.
Add consomme and Worcestershire sauce; cook 10 minutes. Return patties to skillet. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove

4. Combine water and cornstarch ; stir well. Stir cornstarch mixture in skillet; bring to boil; and cook 1 minute or until thick. Then put about 6 Tablespoons on each patty. But, I put them back in the skillet and let them simmer for about 2 hours.

Cal...350
Carb, 20 grams I didn't use the rice, so could be less..Have to check Panko box...8 grams
Protein 31 grams

Asparagus was with Kraft Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade

potatoes pretty self explanatory.
