It is already 3 and I'm having a hard time motivating myself to eat and drink my water, ugh. This pain is so distracting.

B: 1/2 c of soymilk and 1/2c of ENS Protein Powder
S: 1c of flavored water
L: I guess this is now, I should try some split pea soup
S: More water
D: 1/4c of broccoli cheddar soup
S: More water

Exercise: not much because of pain

Across my stomach above the belly button. It was from over exerting myself too soon.

B: 1 egg and 3 slices of turkey bacon
L: 1 cup of homemade taco soup
D: not sure yet. Still full from the soup.  Maybe a protein shake
S: Maybe some sugar-free pudding with extra protein powder added 

Water: So far, only about 32 oz.  Need to step it up
Vitamins: On track.  Will take my Iron and b-12 tonight
Exercise: Very limited because of the tendonitis in my left Achilles tendon.  Seeing a podiatrist this upcoming Friday.

Break- 2-3oz greek yogurt w/ 1/4 of a smushed up banana mixed in

2:00  S/F Fudgesicle

Lunch - 3oz. tuna fish (late like 4pm)

1 weigh****chers string cheese.

water

Didnt drink my protein shake yet......

Dinner - 2oz. cream of broccoli soup

D-1 piece of white chicken pizza
S-Cheese stick, jellybeans

WATER YES...VITS YES...

Gosh I was bad today...oh well tomorrow is another day!

L: we went to a Scottish festive and I had two bites of a meat pie and a few "chips" aka fries.
S: babybel cheese
D: 3 garlic parm wings (yum)
S: an oz or two of Edam cheese.

Seriously, I would eat cheese at every meal and be ok with that!

Hey MsShell!
Here's mine:

B: coffee and a 25g protein vial
L: insides of a costco chicken bake
S: almonds (a small handful that I split with my dog)
S: 2/5 of a serving of girs scout short bread cookies
D: small philly cheese steak and 4 fries
LNS: ygurt.

So, yeah, started out well and then digressed. We'll see if I can fix that! At least I took the dog for a 2 mi beach walk, right?
