You are right, it is about how our brain works.  I got tired of waiting for Dr. Hfuhuhrurr to perfect the screw top craniotomy total personality transplant!  :}

Another Brandilynn bookmark for me!

Thanks for bringing me to heel yet again - so many insights here, I will have to work through them one by one!

PS I totally recommended "The Thin Commandments" to my therapist yesterday. She doesn't need it, but hopefully she'll pass it along to other who do :)

There's always time, and as long as you bookmark it - even if OH boots me again, you can always find it!  :}

Thanks! The new pic is actually from 3 or 4 weeks ago now...I was showing off my new glasses. First time in my life I've had to wear glasses. I'm embracing my inner nerd! I may have to take a new face photo again as I think I've lost another 12-15 lbs since that photo! But I'm kinda astounded at how quickly my face changed. I never thought I had a fat face before...but now I see the pics and I know better!

I hope you have a fabulous Friday!

As usual you hit it out the park.  I agree with every word in your post and will need to reread it many times to fully appreciate and take in the message.  Your ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are accessible and entertaining is unmatched.  Setting yourself for success has been my mantra too and the only way to do it is to be honest with yourself and you are the most honest person I know.  Sometimes I think their are no coincidences in this life and all problems have the potential to turn into great opportunities.  You have been able to take the hard life you were handed as a child and turn it into a powerful learning tool that helps you and many others.  You will never know how many hearts you touch on this board and elsewhere.  Thank you for sharing your deepest self and hard work with us.

I am with you, like Rabbi Shmuley says, "coincidence is not kosher" :}

Thanks for your sweet words and being a supportive human, girlie.
