S: woke up at 3pm had a hebrew national 97% ff hot dog on a piece of low carb wonder bread
D: going to make bbq chicken pizza using my mission low carb tortilla and my tried and true bbq chicken pizza recipe
Water: had 32 ounces during the night at work, starting to drink today's water now
Vit: forgot my viactiv this am so took one when I got up hoping I can still take the other at bedtime
Exercise: Zumba tonight
Attitude: worked kicked my butt last night, Zumba will kick it tonight, hopefully darling husband will want to kiss it all better later...lol...

B: I tried to drink an Isopure Smoothie in Berry Pomegranate but decided it was too gross so I switched to Premier Protein shake.

L: Light Yoplait Yogurt in a flavor I haven't decided yet

D: 4-6oz Broccoli and Cheese Soup from Panera. I'm hoping my tummy tolerates it because it will be glorious to eat that, nom nom nom.
S: Isopure RTD in Icy Orange (not the gross smoothie kind)
Vitamins: I took my Multi, Iron, Antacid and I'm about to take my Calcium and B12. Evening is another Multi and Antacid
Exercise: Wandering around the mall until I'm ready to pass out, which shouldn't be too long since I'm only a week out from surgery. I need to go to GNC for more RTDs.
I'm excited this morning because the scale tells me I am 300.2. One of my milestones is to get under 300 and I'm almost there! I never expected to be losing a pound a day, it is exciting but also freaking me out. The scale is moving faster than I can process it in my head.

Exercise: no :( But I worked 10 hours and have class tonight...does that count?
