The nurse told us DEFinitely do NOT tighten up the belly. You know when they have to blow up your belly with gas to get at things? Well if your belly has a large amt of muscle, = MORE gas to get where they need to go. So wait till you are done before working on that tum tum. Go for the legs and arms though.
